1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using the Service in any way, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration & Security

To utilize certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@chalonline.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Provision & Restrictions

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ChalOnline to create marketing funnels, configure AI Student Coaches, launch community platforms, and sell digital products. You agree not to:

• Upload or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.
• Use the AI generation tools to produce spam, malicious code, or misleading content.
• Violate plan limitations (such as active funnel count, coach count, or domain limits) established on your subscription.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected during checkout.

• Pricing: All subscription fees are subject to change. However, price changes will be communicated in advance.
• Billing Details: You must provide accurate and complete billing information. Payments are processed securely via our gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay).
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable GST or other regional taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the content, media, products, and information you upload or host on your funnels and communities. ChalOnline retains all rights, titles, and interests in the platform code, database design, visual assets, AI algorithms, and branding of ChalOnline.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChalOnline and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We reserves the right, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
