- No Physical Shipment: We do not ship physical products. There are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or physical packaging.
- Immediate Activation: Your creator tools and subscription limitations are updated in real-time immediately after payment is authorized by the gateway. You will receive a confirmation email with account details within minutes.
2. Digital Product Delivery (Funnels & Stores)
For digital purchases (ebooks, PDF downloads, video access, and course curriculums) made from creators on the platform:
- Instant Access: Once checkout is complete, downloads are delivered instantly on the confirmation thank-you screen and via a secure email link.
- Membership Area: Course access is provisioned instantly inside the creator's member portal. Login credentials are created automatically and emailed to the email address provided during checkout.
3. Exchanges and Returns
Because our services and user products are exclusively digital, they cannot be returned or physically exchanged.
- Software Upgrades/Downgrades: You can change your subscription plan (e.g. upgrading from Pro to Agency, or changing from Monthly to Annual billing) at any time through your dashboard settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
