1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your active paid plan (Pro or Agency) at any time.
- How to Cancel: Navigate to your **Dashboard** ➔ **Billing** tab and click **Cancel Subscription**, or email our support desk at
support@chalonline.com. - Billing Cycle Effect: Upon cancellation, your account will remain upgraded at its current plan tier until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). At the end of the period, the subscription will not renew, and your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
- No Retroactive Cancellations: We do not offer retroactive cancellations or refunds for previous billing cycles.
2. Refund Eligibility for Creator SaaS Plans
We offer a **7-day money-back guarantee** for your first-time subscription purchase.
- Refund window: You must request the refund within 7 days of your initial payment transaction.
- Usage Limitations: To prevent abuse of the platform, refunds are only eligible if the account has:
- Not linked any active custom domains or subdomains.
- Used fewer than 5 AI credits for funnel generation or AI coaching.
- Not created or exported more than 2 active funnels.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscription plans, refund requests are reviewed within the 7-day window. After the first 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
3. Digital Products and Member Purchases
Please note that ChalOnline is a platform host. If you are a student or buyer purchasing a digital product, online course, or community access from a creator hosted on ChalOnline:
- Creator Discretion: The refund terms and cancellation policies are established independently by that specific creator.
- Direct Requests: You must contact the creator directly (using the support or contact information listed on their checkout receipt or thank-you page).
- Platform Support: If a creator is unreachable or participating in fraudulent activity, you can raise a ticket at `support@chalonline.com` for platform review.
4. Processing Refunds
Once a refund request is approved by our billing team:
- The refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking, Wallet).
- It usually takes between **5 to 7 working days** for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer or banking partner.
